The CryoVation W50 isa liquid transferpumpfittedwithoperatingcontrols.Theunitisdesignedtoreceiveliquidcarbondioxide(CO2)ornitrousoxide (N20) at an inlet pressure of about 300PSIG(17.6kg/cm2),anddeliveritintoportablecylinders at a regulatedpressure ranging fromabout 400 PSIG (28.2 kg/cm2) to 900 PSIG(63.3 kg/cm2).

For filling of conventional industrial cylindersa fill manifold and scale(s) are required. Thisequipmentissoldseparately.ContactCryoVationfor various models available, ranging frommanuallyoperatedtofullyautomated.

• Pump–Single-stage,single-acting transferpumpwithautomaticsafetybypassvalve.Theunit isintended for handling liquid carbon dioxide and nitrous oxide, when properly cleaned for “OxygenService”andlubricatedwith“Halocarbon”oil,forliquidnitrousoxide.

• Drive -71/2horsepower,totallyenclosed,fancooledmotordrivesthepumpthroughapulleyandtripleV-beltcombination.Thedataplateonthemotorwillidentifyvoltagerequirementsandspecialcharacteristics.

• Automatic Bypass Valve-Thisvalveservestorelievethesystempressurewhendischargeflowhasbeenstoppedorexceeds1000psi(70kg/cm2).Bypassliquidisreturnedtotheliquidsupplyvessel.

• Pressure Gauge -Thisliquid-filledgaugeindicatesdeliverypressureatthedischargeofthepump.

• Relief Valve - A relief valve is installed in thedischarge line to protect the pump from possibleover-pressurization.
