What is the Annual Gathering
Once-a-year opportunity for all of our member agency
staff to come together in person to:
Share ideas
Learn new ways to better serve
their clients
And continue our mission of
providing help and creating hope for all people in need.
Who is Coming
Audience will include:
– Diocesan Directors
– Executive Management
– Program Managers
– Agency Board Members
– Parish staff and Volunteers

2:30 pm until Thursday, September 26 at 4:00

Individual Session Evaluation
Session Evaluation—
• Evaluations will be through the conference app
• Participants will be able to immediately evaluate the session
• Standardized questions evaluating learning outcomes and
speaker presentation
• Review learning outcomes for your session at
www.ccusaannualgathering.org
Continuing Education Credits(CECs)
CECs
• Ten sessions have been approved for awarding Social Work
CECs
• Three sessions have been approved for awarding
Professional Counseling CECs
• New procedure this year – Must complete the session
evaluation and fill-out the attestation statement on the
session evaluation
• Must complete an Overall evaluation to receive CECs
• Review final CEC sessions on the app

• To help you navigate and engage around
our Annual Gathering, CCUSA developed a
mobile app. The app is available for both
iOS and Android.
• To download the app, search for “ccusa” in
the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
The name of the app is “CCUSA
Convenings”
• Install and open the app on your phone.
You will see the event for “2019 Annual
Gathering”. Tap the Open button.
• The first time you open the event in the
app, enter the event password:

• Get answers to frequently asked questions

Session Presentations on App
• We are able to attach presentation files to your session in the app,
so that your attendees can access files and handouts before,
during, and after the session. We can also attach your headshot to
your speaker profile.
• Please upload your session final COMBINED presentation files and
headshots to the form at the following link no later than September
4, 2019.
