• We performed quality checks using FASTX toolkit – Locally as well as in DE

• Tuxedo suite of tools• Bowtie for the alignment of the filtered data• Cufflinks suite for the analysis• We are checking the needs of the project so

that we can add more functionalities into our pipelines
