§ Network Operators want the ability to define and change objectives: – Define and select Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) – KPIs have to meet target values and/or be in defined ranges
§ Assumption: – SON enabled mobile network – SON Functions have control parameters (SCP) that can be adjusted from outside – Each SON Function Configuration Parameter Value (SCV) Set has certain impact
on the performance and thus the network behaviour
