To me it is important not only to accept one method. I would like to have the ability to use a tool or not and most important I can be myself.

• Chief: PDSA and solutionfocus works very well. It is easy to combine it gives more energy and inspiration.

• Coach: Measurements can be so tough to create… by asking these questions you can open the mind and it helps…….

• Occupational therapist: It easy to use, directly the day after you learned……..it feels good and by asking yourself these questions you can keep the good feeling……
