After completion of this guide, your wii will have the

HomeBrew Channel, Bootmii, a Backup Disk Channel, a CFG USBloader forwarder, and a loadmii

channel installed along with a cios setup very similar to that listed below. Below is a list of those cios, and an e

Load HBC, press -HOME-, launch Bootmii Make a nand backup Press Power, Power, Power, Reset, Reset (or use gc-controller) Power = Right, Eject = Left, Reset = Select Once the backup is complete, exit bootmii to HBC Backup your Bootmii files to your PC sd:\bootmii sd:\nand.bin sd:\key.bin *DO NOT LOSE THESE FILES* If you want to load bootmii again at a later date, copy the bootmii folder back to sd:\ Congratulations, you now have the Homebrew Channel and

bootmii installed. You have made your nand backup and are ready to move on the chapter 2. If you purchased a game to run these exploits, you may now sell them if you wish.

If MMM loads at boot, select Manage Priiloader, Edit Priiloader Hacks, enable needed hacks. If you don't know what the hack does- you don't need it. Your wii should now block Disk updates and online updates. Select load/install, If you want to autoboot USBLOADER, install USBLoaderCFG_Forwarder.dol If you want to autoboot HomeBrew Channel, install HBC-

Forwarder.dol NEVER UPDATE YOUR WII FROM NINTENDO- read the forum and do it yourself Optional priiloader settings- You can set you wii to boot the system menu, HomeBrew Channel, Priiloader, USBloader, and any other app you wish. Settings are found in priiloader, settings. Set the autoboot and return to what you like best. Example: Set the autoboot and return to installed file, now your wii will autoboot to your USBloader or HBC-

eed to use them. You can install them by first playing the game and installing the exploit save file, or you ca

n install them without having the game with the method below.

Loading Backups FAQ: Does my wii load dvds? If it is new, probably not. Discs suck anyway, usbloading is much better. Disks must be loaded from a disk loader, like the neogamma channel installed on your wii. They will not work from the disk channel, unless you installed darkcorp. CFG-USBLoader has been set to use cios250[57]-v20, this should load just about everything for you. But is you have games that need other cios you can use those as well. Triforce compatibility has been maintained with ios249[38]-v17 Setup you HD for usbloading: You can use FAT32, NTFS, or WBFS file systems. hi so i can remove any internet connections to be safe that nothing happens? and please help me understand. after im done with all this i must keep the sd card permanently in the wii to be able to use the cfg loader? and yeah i know if it bricks i cant blame anyone. and oh my god priiloader scares me. and does cfg loader appear as a channel? do wads appear as channels. im sorry i ask too many questions its just that i dont understand. and how can i make sure that cios80 installs fine? thank you. again i am sorry i am asking too many questions its just my first time and i dont understand. when i softmodded my psp i just installed a custom firmware and that was it...this is different

Scan disk 2g SD is good. When you done with the guide you need to have the sd-card in the wii, or you can copy everything from the sd-card to your fat32 hd and they will run from that. You don't need to disable internet, there is no reason to do that and it is not mentioned in the guide. The cfg loader will appear as a channel, other apps will load from the HBC, but you can get/make channels for any app once you have learned more about your wii. You can't do anything to ensure cios80 installs fine, it will install fine- unless your the worlds most unlucky person. So, take a deep breath-

If you want a modded wii, follow the guide to the letter. If your not sure, wait.

This guide does not support priiloader 0.5. With that said, it is your wii and you can do whatever you want.

Great thread it worked for my new 4.3 thanks alot .... suggestion I wouldnt add all them loaders as most people dont know what to do with them ... and some like me use a usb hdd and not the sd but this is a great guide and was the easiest mod ever.

Yes, I think you can have up to 80 or 90 something before it is an issue. Never seen a nand that didnt have at least a couple.
