    The units shown here are Bosch pumps, however, the same principles apply to Delphi, Denso and

    Siemens Applications.

    If any of the non metallic components are either broken or missing then the unit may still be accepted.

    ENSURE THAT THE SOLENOID IS FITTED TO THE INJECTOR.

    Common rail injectors are often partially dismantled when removed from the engine. As a result the injectors

    are returned without the solenoid being refitted. If the Injector is not complete the injector cannot be

    reconditioned as the core has NO VALUE
