This course was designed by Mistress Sky for the true submissive who wishes to be properly trained. It is of little consequence if the submissive can balance a tea tray while on hands and knees for the mistress’ pleasure if he/she has no understanding of the assigned task as service. Service to the domme should be a craving and at the same time the source of the deepest satisfaction. This course comprises exercises, experiences, and study that are most likely to develop sub mind in the chosen sub trainee. Trainees are expected to study hard and really give themselves to the process.

Reports are your reflections and questions as you read and can also be your thoughts about sessions with Mistress. Label them “My Offerings to Mistress October 10, 2019.” End them with “Thank you, Mistress.”

There are five rounds of experiences, each with a different domme.

There are three areas of study with readings:

I. Self-identity and Personal Understanding of Dominance/submission

• What do we mean by structure? Where do we find structure in our vanilla lives?

• Defining D/s with you, the sub, within it • What’s the power exchange? • Submission as a fetish • Difference between play dynamics

(negotiations, connection plus letting go, sometimes technique) and relationship dynamics (negotiations, connections/letting go, implementation of goals within structured hierarchy, negotiations)

• Difference between slave and sub. Solo, what does a submissive want?

• What are possible goals for a submissive? What does a submissive want in conjunction with his partner?

II. Connecting Deeply with Your Dominant
