•Order Booking- all information of subscriber ( full address, enrolment of magazine, payment

collection by Cash/ Cheque /DD/MO/Credit Card. Generate Covering Letter and Invoice for

sending by mail or by letter print. Renewal alert message pop up and renewal letter generation.

•Renewal Pop-Up and Reminder Letter Generation as per your settings (e.g. first reminder

before 3 weeks, second reminder before 2 week, third before 1 week etc.)

Software Features

• Define First Publish Date of Magazine/Journal. Automatic calculation of Volume, Issue,

Publish Date based on Frequency and First Publish Date.

• Define Magazine Price period wise (years, months). Create different price schemes.

• In order booking select customer from master on the basis of name, customer ID etc.

•Shipping address may be different from billing address.

•Temporary suspension of dispatch and subsequent adjustment.

•Temporary address change provision for a period. Send address change letter to subscriber.

• Complimentary, Donation, Founder/Lifetime subscription provision.

• Donor/Donnie Letter generation in case of donation.

•After magazine selection, Start Volume/Issue and End Volume/Issue are generated on the basis

of period chosen, or on the basis of price scheme, or on the basis of amount received.

• Bank Charges, Discount, multiple Add/Less charges provision.

• Multi-currency billing provision. Carry Forward/Brought Forward in Invoice print.

• Customized invoice format with Logo.

• Payment receipt against order in one time or multiple receipts.

• Cash Memo/ Performa Invoice provision.

• Gift against subscription. Define gift in master period wise. Maintain delivery status order wise.

• Print Requirement of Magazine – Issue Wise, Order Category wise.

letter sent to publisher as per options selected in order booking.

• Purchase order generation to publisher against single or multiple sale orders.

• Bank remittance advice in favor of publisher against purchase order.

• Keeping track of purchase order status against delivery date.

• Credit Note to subscriber against non-receipt.

• Debit Note to subscriber against revised rates of magazine/journals.

• Agency Commission Calculation as per percentage defined in magazine master.

• Automatic label generation magazine issue wise/ courier wise as defined in order booking.

• Provision for individual label generation.

• Courier Docket no., POD no., against dispatch. Courier charge calculation and report.

• CRM (All type of search included in search engine) for follow-up of subscriber complaint or any

type of query or complaints. Provision for maintaining customer queries and operator feedback.

Access and change customer record as requested, directly through CRM. Issue letter against

late receipt/ non receipt cases.

• Call Register date wise/ status wise/ call category wise.

• Review call register and update call status, generate label through CRM.

•Payment collection report with cash/cheque detail for account Dept. Bank Deposit Advice.

• Cheque Status Report. Update cheque clearance status.

• Defaulter’s list (subscriber) for payment not received or cheque bounce cases date wise.
