North America Fleet Accounts, Public Utility and
Government Agencies. No deviations will be accepted
without the North America Fleet Account, Public Utility,
and Government Agency approval.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1
BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:To insure proper invoice/credit is passed on a timely basis, please adhere to the following instructions:
1. Customer RequirementsRefer to North America Fleet Account Directory (Certified/Supported reference is Michelin
B2B Portal Directory/Daily Update and Bib Net On-Line) for specific instructions or limitations foreach North America Fleet Account Directory customer (NAFA). Be sure customer has correctauthorization for service required, e.g., purchase order number, physical copy of purchase order,Fleet Member Card number or coupon. When additional service or substitutions are necessary orrequested by driver, PRIOR approval must be obtained from the North America Fleet AccountDirectory (NAFA). Consult the North America Fleet Account Directory (Certified/Supportedreference is Michelin B2B Portal Directory/Daily Update and Bib Net On-Line) listing for individualcustomer’s specific instructions in obtaining such approval. If no instructions are given, the NorthAmerica Fleet Account’s (NAFA) prior approval is necessary. You MUST show on the DeliveryReceipt the date, name and title of the individual giving approval. Drivers do not have theauthority for final approval. Be sure the service work requested is not covered by the vehiclemanufacturer’s warranty.
2. ProcedureMany services have been combined including parts and labor for a single amount. Only the
combined NIMSPN is provided. If the service performed requires both parts and labor, and thelabor is not included in the purchase of the part, (or the part is not included in the cost of thelabor), both Non-Inventory Michelin Sales Product Number (NIMSPN) catalog numbers must beshown (part and labor)., e.g., Truck Tire Flat Repair, Parts - S0630, Labor - S0638.
For parts and/or labor prices which are listed as PQL/LCP (Price Quoted Locally/LocalCompetitive Pricing) in the Michelin North America, Inc. “Service Price Book”. Do not exceed reference prices in the current “Chilton’s Publication”.
Note: For truck services Separate Non-Inventory MSPN (NIMSPN) catalog numbers have beenpublished for 30 minute and 1 hour increments. These must be used for whole hours and forpartial hours. Partial hours may not be billed less than 30 minute increments. Services forautomobiles, vans, light trucks and SUV’s will follow the Chilton’s Publications requirements forthe service performed.
3. PQL/LCP PurchasesPQL/LCP purchases must be pre-approved by the NAFA, Public Utility or Government Agency.
The Michelin North America, Inc. “Service Price Book” should be followed when possible. Driversdo not have authority to approve such purchases. Failure to obtain the proper approval and showthe individual’s name, title and date of approval on the delivery ticket may result in a charge backto the Sales and Service Provider.
4. Delivery ReceiptService Provider must submit Delivery Receipt within thirty (30) days of transaction date.
Carefully record on your Delivery Receipt the description, Michelin Sales Product Number (MSPN)and/or Non-Inventory MSPN (NIMSPN), quantity, P.O. #, signature by customer and vehiclenumber (if applicable).
Service Provider is responsible for retaining this documentation for a three (3) year time periodfrom date of invoice/credit. If requested, a copy of the “proof of delivery” e.g. Delivery Receipt mustbe provided to Michelin North America, Inc. or the customer within ten (10) days). In the event of acustomer invoice dispute or discrepancy, failure of the Sales and Service Provider to produce thetransaction document may result in a reversal of the credit to the Sales and Service Provider.

MICHELIN RETREAD TECHNOLOGIESMichelin Predetermined Fleet Pricing vs. Galaxy Program (Sales and Service Provider & fleet “local”negotiated pricing)Michelin Predetermined Pricing: Michelin determines price using an MSPN.
When the fleet customer supplies the casing, and the Sales and Service Provider supplies the MRTRetread, they have a predetermined price with Michelin, list the MSPN for the MRT Retread found inthe “Michelin Retread Suggested Fleet Price List” and a completed description (size, tread design, andtread width). No price for the MRT Retread is necessary.
If the Sales and Service Provider supplies the MRT Retread and casing, list the MSPN(predetermined price with Michelin) for the MRT Retread found in the “Michelin Retread SuggestedFleet Price List”. Include complete description (size, tread design, and tread width). No price isnecessary for the MRT Retread. List the appropriate “G Code” (NIMSPN) by size for the casingprovided in the section marked “MRT Casing Sales” on page 9 or the section marked “G Code CasingList’ in the “Michelin Retread Suggested Fleet Price List”. Include the completed description (size,tread design, and tread width) and the Negotiated Price for the casing.
When billing for MRT Repair (price has been predetermined by Michelin). List the MSPN for therepair found in the section "MRT Retread Tire Repair" on page 8 or in the “Michelin Retread SuggestedFleet Price List” section “Tire Repair”. Include the complete description (repair during the retreadprocess). No price for the repair is necessary.
GALAXY PROGRAM:Fleet and Sales/Service Provider determine price using a NI-MSPN (Non-Inventory MSPN) a relatedMSPN and list Negotiated Price.
When the fleet customer supplies the casing and the Sales and Service Provider supplies the MRTRetread and the price will be negotiated between the fleet customer and the Sales and Service Providerlist G7874 found in the section marked “Galaxy Program MRT Retread” on page 9. A related MSPNmust be listed; this can be found in the “Michelin Retread Suggested Fleet Price List”. Include thecomplete description (size, tread design, and tread width) along with the Negotiated Price.
If the Sales and Service provider supplies the MRT Retread and casing, list G7874 found in thesection marked “Galaxy Program MRT Retread” on page 9 for the MRT Retread. A related MSPN mustbe listed; this can be found in the “Michelin Retread Suggested Fleet Price List”, also list the completedescription (size, tread design, and tread width) along with the Negotiated Price. List the appropriate“G Code” (NIMSPN) by size for the casing from the list provided in the section marked “MRT CasingSales” on page 9 or the section marked “G Code Casing List” in the “Michelin Retread Suggested FleetPrice List”. Include the complete description (size, tread design, and tread width) and the NegotiatedPrice for the casing.
When billing for MRT repairs list the appropriate “R Code” (NIMSPN) found in the section “MRTRetread Tire Repair” on p age 8 or in the “Michelin Retread Suggested Fleet Price List” section “TireRepair”. Include the complete description (repair during the retread process) and the Negotiated Price.
MRT Casing Credit Crediting a fleet customer for a casing.
When purchasing a casing from a fleet customer, list G8140 found in the section marked “MRTRetread Casing Credit” on page 9. Include the complete description (size, tread + “Casing”) and theNegotiated Credit Price.

Emergency Road ServiceIndicate the exact mileage and location where the service work was performed and service hours
(hours in 30 minute increments) at the location. If an emergency road service call is charged andincludes drive time, service vehicle mileage cannot be included. You may also request credit foremergency towing service charges paid to an outside vendor, as approved by the NAFA, Public Utilityand Government Agency.
Regular Hours of Service: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm (local time) Monday – Friday. After Hour Service: 5:01 pm - 6:59 am (local time) as well as Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, i.e.
New Year, Memorial, Independence, Labor, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
All emergency road service calls include at NO CHARGE the following: • Mount/Dismount charges (S0633, S0634, S0636)• Install/Remove Wheel Assembly (S0813, S0814, S0815)• Flat Repair labor and parts, exp. patches/cement (S0638, S0630, and S0637)• Miscellaneous labor (S0153)• Inside Dual charges (S0779)• Section Repairs (S0644, S0649)• Spot repairs (S0645, S0659)• Nail Hole Repair (S0646, S0651)• Retread Part (S0648)
NAFA, Public Utility and Government Agency Customer Information:It is the policy of Michelin North America, Inc. that the independent retailer or distributor shall
properly and safely service every vehicle, and in the interest of highway safety, the right is reserved torefuse to service any vehicle if it cannot be made completely safe and road-worthy.
Automotive parts and service limited warranties are available and provided by the servicing retaileror distributor.
If retailer or distributor recommends certain specific parts or service required for satisfactoryperformance of work and such is declined by an authorized representative of your company and sonoted on the delivery receipt, the parts or service warranty offered through the retailer or distributoron the work done and parts installed could be void.
MICHELINB2B.COMBIB NET INSTRUCTIONS
SALES AND SERVICE PROVIDER’S RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Complete Delivery Receipt form. Refer to the North America Fleet Account Directory for specific
instructions or limitations for each NAFA Customer. The only certified reference is the currentFleet Account Directory posted to the Michelin B2B Portal and the associated Daily Updates. BIBNET OnLine will reflect all current account/product/service information. The DR form must besigned and have a P.O. # and vehicle # if required by NAFA.
2. Provide a copy of the Delivery Receipt to the NAFA, Public Utility and Government Agencycustomer, and maintain a file of signed Delivery Receipts for future validation purposes for aperiod of three (3) years.
3. Ensure that Delivery Receipt is submitted to “BIB NET” in a timely manner to avoid delays inprocessing (within six days of the transaction). DO NOT MAIL IN BIB NET DR’s.
4. Provide Michelin access to Delivery Receipts upon request with in 10 working days.
5. Transactions must be submitted within thirty (30) days of transaction date.This program is currently ONLY available for standard Delivery Receipt transactions such as Public

Utility (DU), Military Exchange (MX), Military Exchange Return (MR), North American Fleet Accounts(DR), Government (DG), Government Sales Support Claim (GS), and Utility Sales Support Claim (GU)excluding exception noted below.
Transaction that is excluded is as follow: Cross Border Transactions (CB).
DISPUTES/IMPACT:1. Delivery Receipt Disputes must be made to Michelin Customer Service Department within 30 days
from date of processing.2. If a Delivery Receipt is disputed by the NAFA, Public Utility or Government Agency customer
(either by occurrence of transaction, quantity of goods, or parts or services), a copy of the DeliveryReceipt will be requested by a Michelin Customer Service Representative. If a copy of the DR is notreceived with in 10 working days the transaction will be reversed, resulting in a charge back totheSales and Service Provider.
3. Repeated occurrences of disputed transactions with the NAFA, Public Utility and GovernmentAgencies may, at Michelin’s discretion, result in Bib-Net and/or the phone-in service beingdiscontinued.
4. Misuse or abuse of this program will result in a charge back for all credits not rightfully earned andthe forfeiture of all bonuses, commissions, and discounts; and, at Michelin’s discretion, immediatetermination.
The following transactions will be submitted on a Michelin Delivery Receipt (DR) form: NAFA (DR),Public Utility (DU), Government (DG), NAFA return/refund request (NR), NAFA to Retailer to TruckPlaza (NT), and Original Equipment Express Delivery.
