Note: (i) The use of Maybank 12-months fixed deposit rate is more appropriate as the benchmark component is widely

funds.

16. Principal Master Prospectus to Remain in Full Force Subject to Amendments
Subject only to the variations herein contained and such other alterations as may be necessary to make
the Principal Master Prospectus and the First Supplementary Master Prospectus consistent with this
Second Supplementary Master Prospectus, the Principal Master Prospectus and the First Supplementary
Master Prospectus shall remain in full force and effect and shall be read and construed and be enforceable
as if the terms of this Second Supplementary Master Prospectus was inserted therein by way of addition
or substitution as the case may be.
17. Consent
The Trustee and Solicitors have given and have not subsequently withdrawn their consent for the issue of
this Second Supplementary Master Prospectus.
