Scope: All China outbound laden shipments CNC will adjust Seal Fee/Emergency Bunker Surcharge/Container Imbalance Charge in China. The new tariff will be adjusted as follows: 1. Seal Fee Quantum: RMB 40
2. Emergency Bunker Surcharge (EBS) Quantum: ZERO
3. Container Imbalance Charge (CIC) Quantum: ZERO
Effective date: 1st November, 2015 (On Board Date) Payment Term: To be collected in China
