“To create global citizens and leaders to tomorrow, through traditional values of Love, Empathy, Discipline and Respect-21st century citizens who think globally and act locally”.
The Library at Indus Bangalore is privileged to support the School’s march towards its vision “To be the Eagles of new ideas and innovators in all the fields”. It strives to connect outstanding faculty and brilliant students to the knowledge and state of the art of their disciplines, and thereby strengthens the aspirations and expectations of the research and teaching at IIS.
To provide a welcoming environment which will inspire students to acquire new skills so that they can participate more actively in the compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right.
Our School library conceives the school to be a center of inquiry where students continually engage in the search for new knowledge and aims to “assist schools in their endeavors to develop the individual talents of young people and teach them to relate the experience of the classroom to the realities of the outside world”.
