DEUTER TRAIL RUN 2014 PHOTOS BY UNIVERSAL FITNESS & LEISURE SDN BHD

Now on its second year, the Deuter Trail Run was held at Putrajaya Challenge Park last 11 May 2014. Organized by Universal Fitness and Leisure Sdn Bhd together with Cyclic Sports Sdn Bhd, this year’s trail run signifies UFL’s move into sports event management. UFL hopes to promote the Deuter brand with the high-octane sport of trail running. Response for the event was overwhelming as more athletes participated this year. Registration was closed within five days of opening to the public.

BIANCHI NIGHT RIDE PHOTOS BY K PRO CYCLEApproximately 150 biking enthusiasts came together for a night of adventure on 18 April 2014 at Bukit Beruntung. The event, opened to all, was presented by Jiwabasikal. It took the cyclists roughly an hour and 50 minutes around the 18km loop around Bukit Beruntung. “Bukit Beruntung is now affectionately known as Bandar Bianchi (Bianchi Town) among some of the cyclists,” according to Sheikh Fazli, owner of Jiwabasikal. “We hope that after organizing this event here in Bukit Beruntung, cyclists will add this area to their list when they want to cycle and explore.” To pay tribute to the Italian brand, the organizers at Jiwabasikal had pasta catered to the participants after the night ride. “The Bianchi dealers in Kuala Lumpur take turns to host a Bianchi Night Ride every month,” Fazli added. “We decided to open the event to all.
