Symptom You check 'Start when operating system starts' of SBO Mailer. Sometimes, you find all buttons of SBO Mailer turn grey.

Cause Consulting

Solution When all buttons are grey, SBO mailer is trying to connect to the database server for several times. After each time connection failed, SBO mailer will sleep 1 minute before the next time connecting. If you end the process 'B1mail.exe' in task manager, the start button of SBO mailer will become green immediately and you could try to start it again manually.
