Korean Language Certification Ceremony
The Korean Language learning students of BVN received Certificates for completing the beginners’ level of Korean Language from the Director of Korean Cultural Centre MR KIM KUM PYOUNG and Korean language master Ms Inja at the Korean Culture Centre.Students wore Korean dress- hanbok , played Korean musical instruments - Samulnori, Puk, Janngu, Jing &Kwaenggwari. Also the students went through Korean architecture exhibition and had a brief Taekwondo session in the centre.Students also enjoyed the Korean dishes like the Ramyeon noodle soup, Vegan Kimbap and Pajeon at the Korean Café

National Challenge
The Challenge was designed and launched by the National e-Governance Division, Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology in collaboration with Intel India, with support from the Department of School Education and Literacy (DoSE&L), and Ministry of Human Resource Development.
BVN presented project about Posture Correction using a self-contained unit utilizing AI after the event 50 ‘Tech Creation Champions’ were taken to the Doordarshan Studios for a recording of a special segment for a special program about Digital India

Inter House Activity Pictorial timeline depicting Ancient Indian History
Students from all the six houses enthusiastically participated in this activity. They researched and brought photographs. They prepared a pictorial timeline tracing the events from the Stone Age to the Gupta Period. It was displayed in the basement for the inter house activity.

NIE Young Reporter’s Meet 2019-20
The annual meet was organised in two phases, an Evaluation Exam for the selection of the NIE Star Correspondents. The exam involved a quiz that tested their general awareness about current events along with a story-writing task to test their creativity and writing styles. The next phase was a Press Conference, an opportunity for the young reporters to interact and share their views with an esteemed board of dignitaries. The participants were also presented with NIE School Reporter badges and climateawareness posters.

Korean Cultural Centre
Students participated in Korean Art Workshop. Students painted on Korean paper fans with original Korean charcoal ink and brushes made from horse hair used by Korean artists. They were introduced to free stroke Korean form of painting.

Capacity Building Program
CBSE The two day workshop focused on the techniques of teaching the students the skills of the four aspects of the language namely: reading, listening, speaking and writing.The emphasis was on the process rather than the product. Teaching Literature in a manner which developed the critical thinking skills of the students was the main focus of day two.It gave inputs for activity based teaching where teacher talk time would be less.

BVN Ms.Indu Bala from Gandhi Hindustani Sahitya Sabha, Rajghat conducted a workshop on spinning charkha. This gave children hands on experience and insight into this art form. She explained the importance of Khadi as well as teachings of Gandhi.
