Sample of Student Worksheet of SD N 2 Jambu
Student worksheet is a monitoring and evaluation of teachers to students which is related
with knowledge, values and skills received by students after receiving courses. According to
KTSP (Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan) used by SD N 2 Jambu and recognized by Ministry
of Education and Culture, students’ worksheet consists of three indispensable categories of
value which are Verbal, Non Verbal and Behavior. From three values above, there are generally
five detail forms of values which will be inserted by teachers on students’ reports. These forms
are Daily Test (Ulangan Harian), Mid-Semester Test (Ulangan Tengah Semester), Homework
(Tugas/PR), Final Semester Test (Ulangan Akhir Semester) and Final Examination for High Level
(Ulangan Kenaikan Kelas).
In SD N 2 Jambu, students’ worksheet is developed again with steadily considering KTSP as
the main curriculum so that the forms of values evaluated are not only Daily Test, Mid-
Semester Test, Homework, Final Semester Test and Final Examination for High Level; these
values are but also added religious values and project sustainability evaluation. In accordance
with the programme executed annualy by SD N 2 Jambu which is the Eco-education Based
Agrosilvofishery Development; there are five indicators which will be utilized to measure core
competencies of the programme which are knowledge and understanding, cognitive skills,
psyco-motoric value, behavioural competency, religious value and project sustainability
evaluation.
These core competencies are also subsumed and evaluated into three indepensable
categories of value (Verbal, Non Verbal and Behavior). In particular; all core competencies used
will be added into Final Semester Test (Ulangan Akhir Semester). For instance: Knowledge and
understanding, cognitive skills, psyco-motoric, religious value and project sustainability
evaluation of students after learning environmental studies and eco-courses, their knowledge
and understanding will be evaluated into three categories which are Verbal, Non verbal and
Behavioral. Furthermore, behavioral competency gained from executing the programme will be
evaluated into Behavioral values of Final Semester Test.
In summarizing value forms of each test, all percentage of value forms is alike in which it
is a total of Daily Test, Mid-Semester Test, Homework, Final Semester Test. The total of these
value forms will be then divided by 4 with 100 as maximal value. The final result of value
calculated is then entered into students’ report. The programme entitled the contribute the -
education Based Agrosilvofishery Development has the same percentage in constributing final
