Samba Salsa Chop a Brazilian tomato salsa!
Steps:

Ingredients:
medium bowl
1 tsp olive oil
½ red bell pepper
Cut tomatoes in slices, then dice. Add to medium bowl.

Cut away onion ends and peel. Cut into strips, then dice.
Add to medium bowl.
Mince parsley to make 2 Tbsp. Add parsley, vinegar, oil, and salt to bowl. Stir well. TASTE & SHARE!

Cut sides away from bell pepper. Cut into strips, then dice.
