OUR PROCESSIn Jalisco, Mexico, our maestro destilador uses modern distilling techniques to heighten the crisp, clean flavors of slow cooked agave. The resulting blanco tequila is shipped to the Netherlands, where it is blended into premium sake by our master distiller. Natural vanilla and caramel flavors complete the blend.
