PACKAGE INFORMATION:
THE SCOPE OF WORK GENERALLY INCLUDES THE DEMOLITION OF THE EXISTING ARMORY BUILDING IN PREPARATION FOR A FUTURE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT, INCLUDING DECOMMISSIONING AND CAPPING OF EXISTING UTILITIES. PRIMARY BUILDING MATERIALS IN THE ARMORY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, CONCRETE WALLS, COLUMNS, AND SLABS. CONCRETE BLOCK WALLS, GLUE LAMINATED ROOF BEAMS, WOOD ROOF DECKING AND PLYWOOD ROOF SHEATHING.
THE SALVAGE, REUSE, AND RECYCLING OF DEMOLISHED BUILDING MATERIALS IS ENCOURAGED.
SCOPE OF WORK ALSO INCLUDES HAZARDOUS MATERIAL ABATEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGEMENT PLAN IMPLEMENTATION DURING DEMOLITION WORK AND PHASE BETWEEN DEMOLITION AND NEW BUILDING CONSTRUCTION.
