Notations

R and R’ [Rotate right clockwise and anti-clockwise]

L and L’ [Rotate left clockwise and anti-clockwise]

F and F’ [Rotate front clockwise and anti-clockwise]

B and B’ [Rotate back clockwise and anti-clockwise]

U and U’ [Rotate up clockwise and anti-clockwise]

D and D’ [Rotate down clockwise and anticlockwise]

R2 or L2 or X2 [Rotate X twice]

Step 1a : Half Cross

Keep Center Yellow and make White Half Cross as shown below:

Step 1b : Full Cross

Align the color of each white edge piece with its center

Rotate face side 1800 to get full white cross

Step 1c : Aligning Edges

Select proper corner using the following algorithm: Away Down Back Up

Final Result:

Step 2 : Second Layer

Follow the same algo as in Step 1c and continue till you get complete second layer

Final Result:

Step 3a : Top Cross

After Step 2, you should get one of the following 4 cases :

Case 1 Case 4Case 3Case 2

Step 3a : Top Cross Contd.

Our aim is to achieve Case 4 from any of the other cases Algorithm to be used : F R U R’ U’ F’

Final Result :

Step 3b : Top Fish Formation

After After Step 3a, you should get one of the following 4 cases :

Hold the cube as shown ONLY and perform following to complete the top yellow layer: Algorithm : R U R’ U R U2 R’

Case 1 Case 4Case 3Case 2

Step 4a : Snake eyes

Move the completed yellow layer till you get a formation as follows:

Keep the snake-eye side behind and perform: Algorithm : R’ F R’ B2 R F’ R’ B2 R2

Step 4b : We are done

Keep the snake-eye side behind and perform the following: Algorithm :

The U or U’ will depend upon the orientation of snake-eyes.

F2 U R’ L F

2 R L’ U F2
