ServicesThe primary challenge of Project Management is to achieve all of the project goals within the

given constraints.

RPM successfully deliver projects by offering the following main Project Management

services:

1. Client and project team meeting to fully understand the project and the requirements

2. Review all project documentation and develop a Project Management strategy for that particular project.

3. Develop a time and cost control program for Client approval.

4. Oversee/develop procurement of FF&E and OS&E

5. Develop commercial documents, including contracts

6. Co-ordinate the tender stage of the project

7. Quality Management and Value Engineering

8. Site supervision with prepared HSE Policy

9. Site snagging and successful handover of project.

10. Final report for Client records
