WHAT I DO- Determine and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all
activities are delivered within defined budgets; assists in the
development of pricing strategies and coordinates financial and
budgeting activities to maximize operational efficiency.
- Produce marketing analysis reports for customer research,
current market conditions and competitor information in order to
determine market requirements for existing and future products.
- Oversee all communications, public relations and promotional
activities selected to support the brand and marketing strategy.
- Coordinate with marketing suppliers for all works in
progress (production, events, exhibitions).
- Work closely with developers, architects, interior design firm to
develop the brand positioning, 3D perspective, saleskit.
