through the grace that has been given to me, not to have exaggerated ideas about your own importance. Instead, develop a sober estimate of yourself based on the standard which God has given to each of you, namely, trust. 4 For

just as there are many parts that compose one body, but the parts don't all have the same

function;

The greatest crisis in the world is an identity crisis.

Identity Crisis-distress and disorientation resulting from

conflicting pressures and uncertainty about one's self and

one's role in society

Many people are motivated by other

people’s appearance of success which causes

them to lose sight or their God-given identity.

Everyone wants to be somebody, but not everybody wants to be the

right somebody.

The most frustrating place in life is to play a role you are not fit for nor are your

created for.

In a Role you don’t fit:You are subject to extreme burnout.

You become easily discouraged. You become sensitive and easily offended.

You are consistently exhausted.No matter how hard you try it never works out.

James 1:23-24 CJB23 For if anyone is a hearer of the

word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks at his natural face in a

mirror ; 24 for once he has looked at himself and gone away, he has

immediately forgotten what kind of person he was.

Influence is always forced when the authenticity of a

person is absent.
