Recent Projects UAV:
- Worked on quadcopter that navigates in part using vision recognition software (See Caltech UAV Engineering Club).
- Now working with JPL and DJI on a few different projects. FSAE Competition:
- Working on drivetrain of an electric vehicle for a formula one style competition ME 72 Design competition
- Caltech design competition featuring three robots per team to be completed in March 2016
Sophomore Design Class: - Gimbal: Designed and built a gimbal to be mounted on a drone. Two brushless
motors counteracted roll and pitch of drone to stabilize a mounted camera. - Transmission: Simple transmission built as part of a challenge to find most
efficient design.

Worked with four other students to create a UAV design class in which we built a quadcopter that utilized visual inputs from a mounted camera to fly autonomously. We’ve had huge expansion in our club and are working with DJI, JPL, and a few other groups on different design projects. Website: http://www.uavengineering.caltech.edu
