You can’t fix what you can’t admit.

Acceptance simply releases you to be present in the present in HIS presence and that is where change begins.

What do I mean?Change is present tense... it’s impossible to change anything from the past and impractical to consider changing anything in the future, without first working on what’s in front of you today in the hear and now.
