Independent Living

•Caters to individuals who require minimal or no hospitality or support services.

•These individuals live an independent life in a variety of apartments.

Independent Living cont.

•You have the option to participate or not in a facilities programs or services.

•Independent living allows the individual to care for themselves.

Assisted Living

•Care for adults who need assistance with everyday life.

•An affordable alternative to expensive nursing home services.

Assisted Living cont.•Individuals who are seeking assistance in meal preparation, laundry and companionship.•Provide basic medication monitoring, special diets, housing, linens, laundry and housekeeping.

Living Arrangements

•Variety of furnished apartments

•Small studio apartments are available

•Large one/two bedroom styled apartments available

Living Arrangements cont.

•Patio homes will be offered to those individuals who wish to live independently, but they will still have the advantages of assisted care services.
