• Issuing Circular u/No. CHE/DP/49/Gen.

dated 29. 12. 2015.

• Publishing the Building Permission Manualwith the hands of Hon’ble Chief minister,with the hands of Hon’ble Chief minister,Government Of Maharashtra, Shri. DevendraFadanvis on 02 /01 / 2016.

• Procedures / NOC / Steps reduced from 119 to 58 (52%)

Main Features of the Circular

• Internal service remarks within building /premises are outsourced to third partyconsultant.

• External services remarks such as Nalla,• External services remarks such as Nalla,Common Infrastructure only to be obtainedfromMCGM respective Departments.

• Now Handing over of reservations Buildable / Unbuildable only to Development Plan Department. Developer/ Owner need not approach to Estate & respective Ward Offices for the same.

Main Features of the Circular

• First Commencement Certificate will be issuedby Executive Engineer(B.P.) & further CC willbe approved & issued by Asstt.Engr(BP)

• All MCGM Departments will provide remarks• All MCGM Departments will provide remarksfor full development potential at once &without insisting layout/building proposalapprovals.

• Now Occupation Certificate & Building completion certificate will be issued simultaneously without insisting certificate u/s 270 A of MMC Act.

BUILDING PERMISSION MANUAL

Contents,

• Details to be submitted by Developers.

• Formats of Self Certification Remarks /NOC’s• Formats of Self Certification Remarks /NOC’sto be submitted by consultant/ owner/Architect to MCGM.

• Standard Formats for remarks/NOC to begiven by MCGMDepartments.

• Building Proposal file( @ 1.70 lacs.) scanned & made available on MCGM website for public reference.

• DP 1967, DCR-1967, Circular, Notifications, SRDP-1991, DCR-1991 & DDP-2034 are SRDP-1991, DCR-1991 & DDP-2034 are made available on MCGM website.

• New proposals being accepted only online with online submission of requisite documents, from 15.05.2015.

• SMS & e-mail facilities at various stages of proposal introduced from 15.02.2016.

APPLICATION PROCESS

MCGM AutoDCR Application generate the XML file for every application which is failing in AAI Area including Application data, Geo Coordinate, Required File and Send to AAI NOCAS as Batch Process.

In MCGM AutoDCR Applicant will submit the form including AAI condition data ( Height Of building and GEO coordinate's of Plot Area.

RESPONSEPROCESS

AutoDCR Application Reads the Response XML file for every application and update the data against each Application. If NOCAS given in Response Auto Settled or Issued than NOC will be visible to Applicant as well as Department.
