Map based on US Census Data (ACS) for Median Home Value,

Median Income, Vacancy, and Median Gross Rent; and City of St.

Louis Building Permit Data for Total Permits and Average Permit

Value (2013-2017). All data is summarized by Census Block Group

This map is intended to provide a guide for transparency to those

individuals, agencies, or officials seeking tax abatement for a

blighted residential area. This map in no way is intended to declare

blight on any particular area but rather guide the level of incentives

for residential projects based on economic data from the U.S.
