Low Fat “Mock-a-Mole”Prep time: 10 minutes
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and mashed1 cup cooked green peas¼ cup chopped fresh tomato2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro plus more for garnish1 tablespoon chopped red onion1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley2 teaspoons fresh lime juice1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon garlic salt½ teaspoon black pepper¾ teaspoon Tobasco sauce
Instructions:• Combine all of the ingredients in a large blending cup.
• Add cross blending attachment and blend.
• Garnish with cilantro.
• Serve with tortilla chips, whole grain crackers, and raw vegetables.

Avocado Pineapple SmoothiePrep time: 5 minutes
1 fully ripened avocado from Mexico, halved, pitted and peeled
2 cups low-fat milk
1 cup of fresh pineapple with juice
4 squeezes of Skinnygirl Stevia Liquid Sweetener
Pinch of salt
I cup of ice cubes
Instructions:• In large blender container, combine avocado, milk,
pineapple, sugar and salt; whirl until smooth.
• Add ice; whirl until ice is crushed, using pulsing action to achieve desired texture.
Makes 4 cups

Homemade SalsaPrep time: 10 minutes
2 large tomatoes or 4-6 plum tomatoes
1 medium white onion, coarsely chopped
½ jalapeño pepper
Juice from ½ fresh lime or lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh chopped cilantro
Instructions:• Combine the tomatoes, onion, jalapeño and lime juice
in the blender.
• Pulse until mostly smooth.
• Pour into a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle with the cilantro.

Lemon-Melon Tongue TwisterPrep time: 5 minutes
1½ ounces Skinnygirl Meyer Lemon Vodka or other lemon-flavored vodka
3 ounces watermelon juice puree*
1½ ounces limeade
Fresh mint sprig for garnish
Watermelon wedge for garnish
Instructions:• Combine the vodka and juices over ice in a
tall (highball) glass.
• Stir until mixed.
• Garnish with a mint sprig and a watermelon wedge on the rim.
*Make your own juice puree by cutting up fresh watermelon and putting it in the blender. Take out as many seeds as you can before you blend it. Pour it through a fine-mesh strainer when you’re done to remove the pulp and remaining seeds.

Banana Date SmoothiePrep time: 5 minutes
1 ripe banana, cut up
½ cup yogurt
2 Medjool Dates, pitted
1 tablespoon wheat germ
5 ice cubes
Instructions:• Add all the ingredients to the tall tumbler.
• Fasten the blending (cross) blade attachment to the tumbler and blend until smooth.

Blackberry Spinach SmoothiePrep time: 5 minutes
2 teaspoons flaxseed
1 cup fresh blackberries
½ cup fresh spinach, firmly packed
½ cup coconut water
3 ice cubes
Instructions:• Place the flaxseed in the small tumbler.
• Fasten the grinding blade to the cup and grind the seeds until powder.
• Add the blackberries, spinach, coconut water, ice, and flaxseed powder to the large tumbler.
• Fasten the blending (cross) blade attachment to the tumbler and blend until smooth.

Cream of Broccoli SoupPrep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 10 minutes
1 cup chicken or vegetable stock
1 cup broccoli florets
½ avocado, peeled and pitted
1 small clove garlic
2 teaspoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon celery seeds (optional)
(optional extra cup of broccoli for thicker soup)
Instructions:• In a saucepan, bring the stock to a simmer.
• Add the broccoli and steam covered for 5 to 7 minutes or until the broccoli is tender.
• Add the broccoli, stock, avocado and garlic to the large tumbler and blend until smooth.
• Serve immediately garnished with Parmesan cheese.

Green Chia SmoothiePrep time: 5 minutes
1 teaspoon Chia seeds
1 ripe banana
4 ounces fresh pineapple chunks
¼ cup firmly packed fresh kale leaves, chopped
½ cup coconut water
Instructions:• Place the Chia seeds in the small tumbler.
• Add the grinding blade and grind until powder.
• Add the banana, pineapple, kale, coconut water and the Chia powder to the tumbler.
• Fasten the blending (cross) blade attachment to the tumbler and blend until smooth.

Moroccan Almond SmoothiePrep time: 5 minutes
½ cup blanched almonds
1 ½ cup skim milk
1 teaspoon sweetener
¼ teaspoon orange flower water
3 ice cubes
Instructions:• Add the almonds to the small tumbler.
• Fasten the grinding blade to the tumbler and grind until powder.
• Add the almond powder and the remaining ingredients to the large tumbler and blend until smooth.

Papaya Ginger Hemp SmoothiePrep time: 5 minutes
1 cup papaya chunks
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 tablespoon raw Hemp seeds
1 banana, peeled
1 cup coconut water
Instructions:• Add all the ingredients to the large tumbler.
• Fasten the blending (cross) blade attachment to the tumbler and blend until smooth.

Pomegranate GranitaPrep time: 3 minutes Cook time: 6 hours to freeze
2 cups pomegranate juice
2 cups ice
1-2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon Skinnygirl Agave Sweetener
2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
Instructions:• In a small bowl, add the juice, ice, ginger and sweetener.
• Pour the mixture into ice trays and allow to freeze.
• Place the cubes in the large tumbler and attach the grinding blade.
• Pulse two to three times or until ice has broken up into small chips.
• Serve the Granita garnished with the pomegranate seeds.
