Sayman and Vidal

Chocolate Foam

Ingredients for 4 rations

50 grams of melted chocolate

2 spoonfuls of milk

80 grams of butter

4 eggs

60 grams of sugar

1 spoonful of coffe

And a bit of salt

Utensils

1 spoon

1 boul

1 wooden spoon

1 pan

And 4 glasses

Preparation

Separate the whites from the yolts.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave.

Beat a spoon full of buther with sugar.

Mix the yolks with the chocolate.

Add the whites eggs.

Finaly serve the foam in the glasses.
