I pray everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and perhaps a few days of rest. This year has just raced by us with so many blessings from the Lord. It is always a

pleasure to come alongside churches and wonderful pastors in fulfilling the Great Commission. I would like to thank Gateway Seminary for allowing us to host several conferences and training events in their facility. I would also like to thank the Baptist Foundation for supporting our churches through wise council with our finances as well as their personnel involvement in several of our events. These are great partners in the Lord whose greatest desire is have people come to know Jesus as their personal Savior. Don’t forget that the first week of December is when we pray and give to the Lottie Moon Christmas offering which supports our international missionaries. This past year we had over 12 new starts, with several others still in the paperwork phase. Several existing churches have also joined our association. I am always amazed how the Lord continues to bless me by allowing me to be a part of this wonderful association. Let us continue to pray for our nation, that we would humble ourselves and seek the Lord. May you have a wonderful Christmas Day as we celebrate the greatest gift of all, the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. 1 Chronicles 16:23-26: "Sing to the Lord, all the earth; proclaim his salvation day after day. Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous deeds among all peoples. For great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; he is to be feared above all gods. For all the gods of the nations are idols, but the Lord made the heavens."

Este año ha sido una bendición trabajar junto a ustedes. Me llena de gozo escuchar de varios pastores y

líderes que recibieron herramientas y apoyo en este año. Agradezco a todas las iglesias por su participa-

ción y visión para plantar nuevas obras. Estuvimos llenos de muchas bendiciones en los retiros, talleres,

compañerismo, desayunos y celebraciones. Deseo con todo mi corazón que el próximo año sigamos

trabajando unidos para que el reino del Señor siga creciendo y las iglesias que forman nuestra asociación sean reconoci-

das como iglesias que aman a su comunidad. Estoy orando que el próximo año el Señor haga grandes cosas por medio

de su vida y ministerio. ¡Que pase una Feliz navidad y un Próspero año nuevo!

Annual IESBA Golf Classic Update

The Staff would like to thank all those who participated in this year’s golf

classic. Monday, November 4th was a great day for golf. We had a field of

64 golfers at Jurupa Golf Club. The weather was perfect, 83 degrees and sunny with

a cool offshore breeze.
