1. General Project Information
Government of Dubai City give much attention to environmental and has long recognized the need to
preserve its unique and beautiful desert habitat, in Dubai City there are many natural conservations
scattered in different locations. Dubai municipality consider these conservations be run on solar system.

The purpose of this project is to design a water solution for trees and wild animals that can be fed water
from nearly any source, a system that is relatively price effective, portable and depends only on
renewable solar energy.
The motivation for this project is to provide solutions to the limited availability of clean water resources
and there are many locations where the cost of delivering irrigation & drinking water is very high. Our
goals is to efficiently produce fresh drinkable water to animals as well as irrigation from the available
underground water using solar energy conversion.

Findings
DM Well drilling is one of the processes that can be used for drinking water and irrigation of trees. This requires an energy input as heat,
electricity and solar radiation could be the source of energy. When solar energy is used for this purpose, it is known as solar water solution. Solar

water inside the reservoir tank.

Dewatering Using solar system technology for removing groundwater or surface water from a construction site or any effected area. It is very effective
price wise. Since the water does not need for filtration and can be, utilize in many other aspects.
BASIC BENEFITS OF SOLAR DEWATERING:
1. Less manpower, operates automatically from to dawn to dusk.
2. Works continuously till the sun outraged.
Project: Al lisaili near Bab al shames resort (Al Qudra)
Dewatering project is been installed at Al Quadra on 25 jan 2015. Here the water level was high above the ground level; even natured of
high salinity was destroying the neighboring planted trees around. Installed a suitable and desired 5 KW system with a saline resistance
submersible well pump with a suitable well connected to a manhole, which diverts the water to the well.The discharge point of the water is
2.2 Km from the source point.

1. GTS 10 – Grey water from the Masjid is treated and served as irrigation. (2000 l/day)
2. RP 10 – black water is also treated and is liberated to the plants as irrigation (2000 l/day).
