POSubmissionReport:Asanadministrator,thesystemwillnowprovideyouwithaPOSubmissionreport,whichhasaconfigurabletimeframe.ThiswillallowyoubettervisibilitytothePO’sthataregoingouttoyoursuppliersdaily.YoumaysetthisreporttoautosubmitinintervalsofTwiceaDay,Daily,Weekly,orMonthly.YoumaysetthisfromyouradminpanelunderBuyRouteàPOStatusàInProcess.
7. Introducedsupportfornon-USDcurrenciesinthePR/PO:Usersarenowabletousenon-USDcurrenciesinPMAN.AdminsmustconfigurewhichcurrenciesareavailabletotheirusersfromtheadminpanelunderMasterDataàCurrencies.

Introducedsupportforcustomerreferenceatthelineitemlevel:Usersnowcanhavetheabilitytoaddacustomerreferencetoalineitem,whencreatingaPR.Thisallowsapproverstoseeifapurchasewasdoneforacertaincustomer.ThesecustomerreferencescanbeconfiguredbyAdmins,andassociatedtoaccountingobjectsfromwithintheadminpanelunderMasterDataàAccounting.Allowingthesystemtoautomaticallypopulatetheseatthelineitemlevel,whenshoppersaddaccountinginformationtotheirorder.
