PULSE ONSITE SERVICE PROGRAM

Every service begins with Pulse. The advance vibration analysis technology is designed for examining the health of all vibrating screen brands. It detects irregularities that could translate into diminished performance, decreased ef�ciency, increased operating costs and imminent breakdowns.

As a critical part of our PROcheck process, Haver & Boecker Niagara certi�ed technicians conduct Pulse on each scheduled service visit. Pulse Vibration Analysis testing can be purchased on an as needed basis. Setting up a routine Pulse Onsite Service Program, however, can help you enhance your operation and keep unplanned downtime to a minimum. Here’s how it works.

As a producer, you need reliable equipment. Unplanned maintenance and inef�cient machines can reduce your productivity and negatively affect your pro�ts.

Setting up a routine Pulse Onsite Service Program helps you stay ahead of irregularities before they turn into large problems and downtime. We use Pulse to monitor your vibrating screen and understand screening challenges. From there, we work with you to optimize the screening operation.

After each service, we’ll provide a detailed report, which contains OEM recommendations for maximizing screening ef�ciency and minimizing unscheduled downtime. Additionally, we provide onsite training to equip maintenance departments with the skill and con�dence necessary to maintain a productive operation.

1. Generate vibration analysis (VA) records using the PULSE DAQ System.

2. Place four or eight sensors (machine dependent) in the appropriate location on your vibrating screen.

3. Start your PULSE DAQ software on the tablet and connect to the sensors.4. Record a 10 second set of VA data and write to the hard drive.5. Login and upload the VA record to the database via the PULSE INFORMATION PORTAL.

6. Preview the record and decide if a Vibration Analysis Report or Expert Analysis Report is required. Contact Haver Service to obtain reports.

7. Review and/or download the report(a) after upload to the database.8. Review the historical machine information with vibration analysis records, reports and

documents, and schedule the next vibration analysis.

n Access to the Pulse database via web application for upload, download and view of vibration records for registered machines, as well as a historical timeline of documents per machine.

Vibration Analysis Report

n Orbit summary and single point report with orbit, wave form, FFT plots, RPM, acceleration main and xyz, stroke xyz, phase xy.

In addition to onsite visits, Pulse is available as a lease or ownership program. Each package includes one industrial tablet, eight Pulse Wi-Fi tri-axial acceleration sensors, router, repeater and Pulse software.

Expert Analysis Report

n Vibration analysis report examination by a Haver & Boecker Niagara Service Technician to identify critical values, gather additional information and provide recommendations. Equipment is rated on a scale from good to critical condition.

n Tuning report, which outlines deviations, maximum and average acceleration, stroke and balancing.
