services, with particular attention to faith-based service providers is institutionalized and supported by the national policy.

ACHIEVEMENTS-NATIONAL LEVELACHIEVEMENTS-NATIONAL LEVEL A National Guideline for Establishment and Operationalisation of
CHSB, FGCs, CHPT developed (03) The National District Health Planning Guidelines defines the
CHPT PPP composition in developing CCHPs. A National PPP Steering Committee established ,TOR in Place
(06/07) and Quarterly meetings supported 2009-2015 HSSP- PPP strategy (6)elaborated by the NPPPSC. A Contractual arrangement tool btw. Government and Service
providers (Service Agreement) endorsed by MOHSW and PMORALG (Dec.07)
Costing for Service Agreement elaborated with CSSC (08)
