Designers Take requirements from analysts and convert them into a construction
plan to satisfy the requirements Plan must make what is required clear to builders, texturizers and
furnishers Designers should understand the limitations/constraints of the
builders, texturizers and furnishers (Visio Skills?)

Builders Builders construct the building Builders follow the plan from the designers Builders need to collaborate with one another and with the texturizers
who need to texturize what they have built Builders need to bear in mind furnishing requirements (Develop SL In-World building skills and knowledge, need good to
acceptable video performance)

Texturizers Texturizers need to follow the design from the designers Texturizers need to collaborate with builders to texturize building
elements (Need appreciation of color, texture and pattern matching and
selection, good to acceptable video performance)

Furnishers Furnishers furnish according to the design document and the
requirements from the analysts Furnishers are constrained by resource availability Furnishers must procure furnishings from in-world sources (Winstan
Wolf and others) (Need good to acceptable video performance, an appreciation of color,
texture and design)
