Project Profile

BC Passive House Plant

Set against an inspiring mountainous backdrop in the

Pemberton Industrial Park, this 16,200 ft2 shop facility was

entirely prefabricated and erected by the owner, BC Passive

House. The surprisingly simple and economical structure

achieves a very high degree of architectural and environmental

quality, and it sets a new standard for sustainable, light

industrial construction in the province.
