SUMMARY

1. BOILER IS MAIN EQUIPMENT AND MANY INSTALLED ON INDUSTRIAL BUSINESS FOOD AND

BEVERAGE, PETROCHEMICAL, BULDING, POWER PLANT.

2. THE CRITICAL ISSUE DURING INSPECTION IS THE ALLOWANCE FOR CORROSION

3. THE DESIGN OF CORROSION SHALL REFER TO COROSION RATE WHICH CALCULATE ON

DESIGN STAGE.

4. THE CORROSION RATE SHALL CONSIDER THE ENVIRONMENT, OPERATION, AND

MAINTENANCE.

5. THE CORROSION RATE SHALL RELEASED ON 1 YEAR OPERATION, 2 YEAR OPERATION, ETC

6. THE DESIGNER SHALL CONSIDER CORROSION RATE (YEARLY) ON CALCULATION ANALYSIS, SPECIFICATION, AND RELATED DOCUMENT.
