■ Solar EnergyChiyoda promotes Parabolic Trough Concentrated Solar Power technology utilizing molten salts as heat transfer fluid based on its business collaboration with Archimede Solar Energy in Italy who is the sole producer of commercially available solar receiver tubes which use the molten salts instead of hot oil.

Chiyoda constructed the world’s largest CIS type Photovoltaic module production plant of Solar Frontier K. K. in 2011 with the fastest schedule for a factory of its size.

■ Hydrogen Supply ChainChiyoda develops the organic chemical hydride method, which has excellent features for large-volume storage and transportation of hydrogen, with the aim of realizing the hydrogen supply chain concept using this method as a core technology.

■ Integrated Water ManagementChiyoda develops a next-generation water recycling system, the i Water™ System, as a solution to cope with the increasingly severe water pollution and water shortage. For instance, Chiyoda’s recycling system reclaims industrial wastewater from petroleum and chemical plants for re-use in the plants to reduce consumption of valuable desalinated water for industrial purpose.

Summary

Summary

Chiyoda Standard WBS (FBS and other codes) is important for

project data management / project monitoring

BO, one of CGH project management tool, offer various project

information to management level in a timely manner

Reliability and Accumulation of data are required for project data

management

Chiyoda Project Risk Management is improving, but further maturity is

required. (e.g. active use of risk information, maintaining database for

analysis, internal training)
