Sealife Aquarium

Sealife Aquarium is a family entertainment attraction currently being built in Phoenix, Arizona.  I worked closely with the senior designer on this project to coordinate lighting plan drawings, update product cut sheets, complete fixture schedules, and perform light level calculations in AGi32. I was also involved with relaying important information to the architect, contractors, and product representatives.       

This project used mainly track lighting to highlight areas within each space and provide necessary illumination for aquarium tanks. Many of the spaces have constructed themeing elements such as rocks, trees, or coral. These elements created a more difficult environment to light and thus many coordination meetings were held to correct the lighting. The next slides will show lighting plans of two areas, a fixture cut sheet sample, and fixture schedule sample.

Minnetonka Remodel This project involved a remodel in Minnetonka. The owners of the home wanted to reconfigure several parts of the interior to make the home more functional. They also wanted to completely rework the exterior of the home to create a more contemporary feel.

I worked with Jason to complete the documentation for this project, which included several SketchUp perspectives and a construction document set. The next slides will show several of the 3-D drawings that I completed as well as examples from the construction document set.

Bathroom Remodel This bathroom remodel involved converting a sunroom into an extra bathroom for the home owners. The owners were looking to create an eclectic feel in their new bathroom.

I worked with Jason to complete the documentation for this project, which included several SketchUp perspectives and construction document set. The next slides will show two 3-D drawings that I completed for the project.
