The costs and interest recovered from your debtors (if any) shall be paid wholly to you

withoutany deduction.

We shall however continue to ask from you an initial disbursement of RM500.00 for the

action filed either in the Magistrateos or the Sessions Court, and RM750.00 for the suit filed in

the High Court. Payment is only asked of you when the action or suit (as the case may be) has

already been filed into Court.

To commence bankruptcy and winding-up proceedings we will require from you an initialpayment of RM3,000.00 and RM4,500.00 respectively to pay Official Assignee and Official

Receivor deposits and other disbursements.

As always, your cases are handled personally by our Mr. Teh Cheng Aik who is assisted by a

pool of experienced staff.
