This process uses polyester coatings which give the treated material an appearance similar to corten steel. Real corten is a material of high architectural value. The surface warm oxidized hue offers several aesthetic so-lutions because of the unusual “elegance of the rust”, which gives the material an aged and antique appear-ance. Its main feature is its excellent resistance to rusting by atmospheric agents since its natural oxidation, which stops over time and does not extend to the interior,
forms a good protective patina. On the other hand the material dirties very easily and is not very malleable, so the solution proposed by Alusteel Coating is an excel-lent compromise between aesthetic result and practi-cality. The product is suitable for outdoor applications (sheet metal work, panels, etc.). Due to the presence of multi colour decoration, no delta E value can be indi-cated despite item complementariness. PVDF Corten available upon request.

This is a special process capable of reproducing the shades typical of wood. A beige base coat is applied, fol-lowed by brown ink, and a smooth or textured coat on the top side and a foamable back coat with a dry film on the back side. Alusteel can reproduce nine different types of wood in terms of colour and grain design. PVDF faux wood effect available upon request.

This a special process using coatings specifically de-signed to make the treated material similar to antiqued half-round roof tile, reproducing the classic colour as-sumed by half-round roof tiles as they age over time. This finish is available for aluminium and galvanized steel laminates and is suitable for outdoor applications (roof-
ing systems, panels, etc.). The polyamide paint applied is enriched with powdered polyester, which means it can provide a guarantee in relation to the coated substrate (e.g. 10 years for galvanized steel). Due to the presence of multi colour decoration, no delta E value can be indicated despite item complementariness.

ALUPURE is a top performance product ideal for high-end architectural surfaces, fully complying with safety and environmental sustainability. The ALUPURE alumin-ium sheet guarantees perfect flatness and resistance to mechanical stress, hence its suitability for replacing alu-minium-plastic-aluminium composite panels. The PVDF coating gives the product extraordinary resistance to at-
mospheric agents, thus providing a pleasing finish which does not deteriorate over time. ALUPURE is not flamma-ble and does not pose any fire risk, as its aluminium core is non-flame propagating and does not emit toxic gases or fumes, unlike plastic core panels. As a result, ALUPURE is classified as Class A1 in compliance with the European standard EN 13501.

Natural Steel and Aluminium are very popular materials used today in architecture, especially for interior design. We can find it used on furnishing accessories, furniture and kitchen appliances. But when used for interior design, it has one major disadvantage, fingerprints can be seen very easily. This is why we developed Antifinger.
This highly resistant coating, thanks to Nano-technology, is resistant to “thermal shock”, thus preventing the mark-ing of a fingerprint to be seen on the coated surface. It is also extremely resistant to wear, scratches and chemical agents, thus allowing the metal substrate to last for years to come.

Aluzincum is the perfect coated product in alternative to Zinc. This PVDF coating resembles Zinc in colour and texture but with the benefit of being more cost efficient. That’s not all. Within the paint lies pure zinc particles. Its purpose, to create a natural, living patina that gradually changes over time, recreating the natural finish typical of zinc aging.
Unlike pure zinc, this product is not influenced by envi-ronmental conditions and can be processed uniformly throughout the years; moreover, the PVDF coating guar-antees excellent resistance over time and in the most ex-treme environments. For these reasons, this product is recommended for all external uses and in particular for facades and roofing.

Alulight is a 3-layer paint cycle where the varnish applied contains photoluminescent properties. The photolumines-cent paint contains special pigments that give the surfaces a high degree of phosphorescence, capable of absorbing energy throughout the day, mostly UV Rays, and at night this energy is then released, emitting light anywhere form 6 - 9 hours. This photoluminescent transparent coating can be applied on any polyester finish, however, in order to get the maximum effect of this paint, it is recommended to
use it on a light background, the white colour is recom-mended. The background colour is one of the main fac-tors to be considered: according to it the light emission will be higher. By applying the phosphorescent paint on a black surface, the effect is almost erased. This product is suitable for many fields and applications such as safety signs where maximum visibility is required in emergency situations or even on the ceiling of one’s home to have the star light effect at night.

Alubasalt is a newly developed design studied carefully to obtain a “Stone like” appearance on the coated product. With the perfect mixture of colours and texture, we were able to obtain a design similar to the volcanic stone known as Basalt. This unique finish can be applied in various areas, both for internal as well as external design. One of its most common uses is for roofing and facades. Not only does the design provide an aesthetic appeal to
the building, but the paint cycle was developed in a way to resist against external agents such as UV Rays, dust and rain, guaranteeing the integrity of the finish and design through-out the years. The similarity to “Basalt” has also lead to the latest trends for interior design: in fact it gives a room a rustic and natural feel which marries perfectly to even the most modern inte-riors, providing the perfect element of contrast.
