notification of any new opportunities and
can also directly search opportunities
from here. If you click on any open
opportunity you will be able to access and
mange your response through the
Response Manager.

documents are laid
out as per EBRD
standard formats. A
simple step by step
response process.
All correspondence
with the client through
the message centre.
ECEPP - Upload Documents required
Download the
procurement
documents and
complete and upload
any response
documents where
stated.
ECEPP - Submit Proposal
Follow the step by
step instructions.
ECEPP includes
validation to
ensure you have
uploaded all
required
documents. When
you have all green
ticks it will allow
you to submit your
response. You
must click on
‘Submit Response’
to complete the
process.
ECEPP - Message Centre
Use the Message
Centre for all
communications
with client but DO
NOT submit your
response through
the message
centre or it will not
be considered.
