Locker Rooms Renovations Construction Summary

• Men’s and Women’s Locker Room Renovations were Substantially Completed on N ovember 1 st. • Locker rooms opened for school use on N ovember 7 th. • Unforeseen ex isting conditions caused the locker rooms to be completed later than originally ex pected.

New Science Addition Construction Summary

Ex terior Work completed since our last Construction update: • Completed pouring concrete footings, piers foundations, and slab on grade. • Completed water proofing and backfilling. • Underground and crawl space piping installation has been completed. • Steel Decking enclosing N ew Science Addition crawl space was installed. • Completed the installation of the underground water management structures in the north and south N ew Science Addition parking lots. • Completed Structural Steel framing for the first and second floor. • Currently the Structural Steel is being plumbed and leveled.

structures have been installed. – Completed O n Schedule • Installation of steel decking for the second floor and roof will

allow concrete placement. • “ Tenting” of the building will allow for the use of temporary heat

so concrete and masonry work can continue.
