DETECCIÓN DE MOVIMIENTO PTZEnglish / Español
ENGLISH SECTION
From your Internet browser (Internet Explorer,
Mozilla Firefox, etc.), you must go to the IP address
assigned to your PTZ camera. Select the entry by
browser and include user and password (default is
admin and admin).
Enter the Options section located on the back right
of the screen.
In the left list, select Alarm Settings.
You must enter both the Motion Detection section
to select the area to be detected and the sensitivity,
and in Linkage Alarm to configure the email
accounts where the alarm notifications will be sent
by motion detection.
To select the sensitivity level, you must consider
that the higher the more sensitive the device will be
to detect any movement. Then select the area to
be detected by dragging the mouse with the left
button. Press OK.
Activate the option E-mail Alarm and enter in E-mail
Setting.
You must enter the fields as follows:
SMTP Server: for Gmail (smtp.gmail.com), for Hotmail
(smtp.live.com)
Port: for Gmail (465), for Hotmail (25)
Safe Link: SSL
UserName: Sender mail, no special characters
Password: mail password
Send To: email sending alerts
Sender Address: Email Receiving Alerts
Press OK.
Press Test to verify correct mail settings. The following should
be displayed:
And you should receive an email as shown below:
As an additional recommendation, we suggest that if you are
going to use your Gmail account you must activate the
application access, as indicated by the images below:

Desde su navegador de Internet (Internet Explorer,
Mozilla Firefox, etc.), debe dirigirse a la dirección IP
asignada a su cámara PTZ. Seleccionar el ingreso
por navegador e incluir usuario y contraseña (por
defecto es admin y admin).
Ingresar en la sección de Opciones u “Options”
ubicado en la parte posterior derecha de la pantalla
En el listado izquierdo, seleccionar Configuración de
Alarma o “Alarm Settings”
Debe ingresar tanto en la sección de Detección de
Movimiento o “Motion Detection” para seleccionar
el área a ser detectada y la sensibilidad, como en
Enlace de Alarma o “Linkage Alarm” para configurar
las cuentas de correo electrónico donde se
enviarán las notificaciones de alarma por detección
de movimiento
Para seleccionar el nivel de sensibilidad, se debe
considerar que mientras más alto más sensible
estará el equipo para detectar cualquier
movimiento. Luego se selecciona el área a detectar
arrastrando el mouse con el botón izquierdo.
Presione OK
Activar la opción Alarma de Correo o “E-mail
Alarm” e ingresar en Configuración de Correo o
“E-mail Setting”
Debe colocar los campos de la siguiente manera:
SMTP Server: para Gmail (smtp.gmail.com), para Hotmail
(smtp.live.com)
Port: para Gmail (465), para Hotmail (25)
Safe Link: SSL
UserName: correo remitente, sin caracteres especiales
Password: contraseña del correo
Send To: correo que envía las alertas
Sender Address: correo que recibe las alertas
Presione OK
Presione Prueba o “Test” para verificar la correcta
configuración del correo. Debe visualizarse lo siguiente:
Y debe recibir un correo electrónico como se muestra a
continuación:
Como recomendación adicional le indicamos que si va a hacer
uso de su cuenta Gmail debe activar el acceso de aplicaciones,
tal como lo indican las imágenes a continuación:
