PROJECT STATEMENT

The Belltown P-Patch Site Coordinator has

asked me to design an iPhone app that will assist

the gardeners of the P-Patch community. She would like to have a way for them to easily

access the layout of the garden, policy and

procedures, a schedule, events list, and plot list.

OBJECTIVES

Create an application that is intriguing to the eye of any potential gardener of any age and gender.

Make it easy to use for anyone.

Find a way to fit all features in one app comfortably.

Design a useful map and grid layout that works well with the app and is accurate.

Creating a smooth look that is also easy to understand.

Creating a layout that makes sense and compels you to want to use the app.

SOLUTIONS

Design a Grid and Map.

Create a Color Key.

Design a fluent and comfortable UI layout.

Redesign the existing logo so that it is still easy to recognize that it is connected to the Belltown P-Patch.

Implement sections pertaining to the needs from the list given by the Site Coordinator.
