Jack founded and led Mad Duck Theatre Collective from 2001-2009. A collective of theatre professionals operating on an adhocbasis, MD was dedicated to bringing the best of contemporary innovation and Theatre for the Now to classical practice. MD focused on gender- equal casting, mentorship and showcasing emerging talent.

MD Theatre Collective was nominated for 11 Jessie Richardson Awards including outstanding production, design, performance and direction, Xtra West’s Live Performance of the Year, and is the recipient of two of Jerry Wasserman’s Vancouverplays.com Play of the Month Awards.
