• Make time where you can (cancel other less

important obligations)

• Record it in a diary, calendar, or put it in your

smart phone, etc..

How to study:

• Set realistic expectations about what you

want to achieve in the time you have

• Study blocks – 30 to 45 minutes

a room or path

Procrastination

How to sabotage your procrastination:

• Identify your distractors

…and disable them!

• Identify your study tasks

…and activate them!

Changing how we feel…?

…sometimes we’re better off

not trying to change how we

feel.

Practice mindfulness and orientate towards

just getting on with the job.

In summary:

• Reducing unhelpful thoughts and feelings

• Increasing constructive thoughts

• Engaging in healthy behaviours

• Preparing better for exams

• Sabotaging procrastination
