• TIME : You are important -give yourself, time to restore your self-respect

• OTHERS EXPECTATIONS : If you allow others to define us, we lose our freedom, If we feel we have to meet others expectations. We absorb their disappointment and blame ourselves

• PERSONAL MASTERY : Allow myself to take control over my life again and rebuild self- Esteem

• MEDITATION : Give myself time everyday to restore energy to my being instead of always doing

Proactivity Defined • PROACTIVITY = Human beings are responsible

for their own behavior!

• Our behavior is a function of our decisions, not our conditions.

• We have the initiative and responsibility to make things happen.

• RESPONSIBILITY: “Response – ability” Ability to choose your response.

In reality, most of us are

• Reactive Person

• Who are slaves of stimulus

• Stimulus is controlled by External environment
